Just because you are great at whatever product or service you provide to the marketplace doesn't automatically mean you will be equally as great at running a business, they are 2 very different skill sets as you may have worked out.


This can be around financials in business, sales, marketing, systems or recruiting, building and leading great teams to peak performance. A mentor will help you identify these gaps and then to close them quickly with a specific focus for you and your business.

With your mentor checking in regularly on your progress via phone and email and through your fortnightly 1 to 1 mentoring sessions, you will be subtly yet firmly kept on track.
